We reply within 24 hours. If it looks like a fit, we book a free 30-minute call to understand your business, goals, and what’s not working. After that you get a clear proposal — scope, timeline, and a fixed price — before any work starts.
We give a fixed quote before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices. Smaller website projects often start from around £1,499; larger custom work typically opens from £8,000. Payment is split into milestones tied to delivery — you approve progress before we move on. We accept bank transfers, Revolut and cryptocurrency when needed, and we provide invoices for your records.
You do. At the end of the project you receive the relevant files, access, and documentation. Where the platform allows it, we make sure you can manage the site yourself. We don’t lock you in — another designer or developer can continue if you need them to.
You’ll always know where things stand. We share progress regularly and ask for feedback at clear decision points. You don’t need to micromanage — but your input on goals, content, and approvals keeps the work accurate and on schedule.
No mandatory monthly fees after launch. Hosting, domains, and third-party tools remain yours. Many projects include a short post-launch window for fixes and questions. After that, ongoing support or a retainer is optional — only when there’s a real reason to.
